We appreciate your interest in Pradera. In order to protect our staff and visitors at this time we are following the guidelines set forth by the CDC, state and local governments. During this time, we are continuing to implement social distancing and handle new home sales virtually, whenever possible.

Showings are available by appointment only and must be scheduled prior to your visit by contacting our sales staff at 303-706-0466.

Please note that private showings are limited to groups of no more than three individuals. We ask that visitors provide their own face masks to wear while touring the homes. Showing appointments will be spaced apart allowing time to sanitize between appointments.

Additionally, if you have been sick or think you may be getting sick, have been around anyone who is/was sick, or have traveled in the last 14 days, we ask that you please schedule a virtual phone appointment rather than touring the homes in order to keep everyone safe.
